Welcome to the AMROTEC® website Shop. These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to purchases made through our online store by end-users. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By accessing and purchasing via our Shop page, you confirm your agreement to the terms outlined below.


📦 Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of all products listed on our Shop page. However, AMROTEC® does not guarantee that all content is error-free. Product availability, pricing, and shipping timelines are subject to change without notice. Orders that do not meet our policy requirements may be declined.


🧾 Order Acceptance
Only one item can be purchased from our SHOP website per order. If you require multiple units order, please order separately. All online orders placed through this Shop are subject to review and acceptance by AMROTEC®. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any transaction at our discretion. Acceptance is confirmed only when an official confirmation email is sent to the purchaser.


🚚 Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Most in-stock items ship within 2 business days after credit card has been processed successfully off-line. Customer will receive proper notifications via email from us. 
Special Order Products: Items marked as “SPECIAL PRODUCT ORDER” may require up to 1–2 months to process before shipment due to customization and testing.
Shipping Address Requirements:
– We only ship to the billing address associated with your credit card.
– The billing and shipping address must match — no exceptions.


💳 Payment Policy
We accept major credit cards through our website. All credit card transactions are securely processed off-site via a secured payment processor. AMROTEC® does not store card data on our servers.

To protect the integrity of every transaction:
• We verify billing address against card records.
• We reserve the right to decline transactions that fail address verification.
• Credit card payments may not be instantly processed during checkout and may require manual confirmation prior to shipping.


🛠️ Product Warranty
All products sold online include a 1-year (12 months) limited warranty for manufacturing defective parts only, starting from the delivery date to customers. This covers:
• Free technical support by phone, email, or video including ZOOM.
• Shipment of replacement parts for verified defects (at no cost to customer).
• Excludes labor and cost of returning items to our repair facility as would instructed. 

Warranty claims must follow our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) protocol:
• Contact AMROTEC® for diagnosis and RMA approval.
• Ship item or defective parts to designated location with RMA number and written authorization.
• Items received without RMA will be refused.

Extended Product Warranty (1 additional Year):

  • If you purchased Extended Product Warranty (1 additional Year) at the time of purchase of the product, warranty for the second year will include the same terms and conditions stipulated here under “Product Warranty” section above. 
  • If you purchased Extended Product Warranty with DEPOT service for second year, AMROTEC will provide you address of “Depot Repair” service center to mail your product for repair / software upgrade along with Deep cleaning / Maintenance. Under this plan, only 2 Depot service is allowed per year. Customer is responsible for shipping cost in both ways and item must be shipped in original box to prevent damages during shipment. AMROTEC takes no responsibilities for any damages to the shipping box or products incurred by shipping company and will evaluate and report to customer upon receipt. Under this Plan, parts and labor is included. 

🔁 Return Policy
ALL SALES MADE THROUGH OUR SHOP PAGE ARE FINAL [FOR ALL “CLEARANCE SALES”].

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue:
• Notify AMROTEC® in writing within 7 business days of receipt
• Our technical support team will assist via phone, email, or video call to resolve the issue
• Purchaser cooperation is required for effective diagnosis

If the problem cannot be resolved and is determined to be a legitimate defect:
• AMROTEC® will authorize an RMA for return of the original product.
• Upon inspection, we will ship a replacement unit of the same model upon receiving of the defective unit to AMROTEC®.
• Purchaser is responsible for shipping the original item to AMROTEC®.
• AMROTEC® covers return shipping of the replacement unit.
• Items must be returned with original packaging and all accessories intact.


💵 Full or Partial Refunds are only considered if:
• Product does not have any obvious sign of use. The defect cannot be resolved by support or replacement.
• Product materially deviates from the advertised specifications.

💵 There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refund may be allowed and subject to our own discretion:

  • Product with obvious signs of use.
  • Product may have been disassembled in shape or reform which will void all warranty and refund or exchange. 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Customer will be charged for all missing items. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 business days after delivery.

Any refund issued will include deductions for missing items if any, applicable service or handling fees.


💬 Reviews and Communication
Online customers agree to receive invitations to review their orders. Reviews are managed through an independent system to ensure transparency and authenticity. Submissions that violate legal or ethical standards may be removed.
